How do I check or track my order status?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number you can follow with the courier. You can also check the status anytime by logging into My Account → Orders on taegeuksagye.com.
How do I place an order?
Browse the Shop, add items to your cart, then click Checkout. Enter your shipping address and pay with any major credit or debit card via PayPal Checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal Checkout. A PayPal account is not required — you can check out as a guest.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
US orders ship via international courier from South Korea and typically arrive in 7–14 business days. A tracking number is provided once the order leaves our warehouse. Customs clearance is included in the shipping cost — no extra fees at delivery.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility). Opened, used, or expired items cannot be returned. Email hello@taegeuksagye.com to start a return.
Do you ship internationally outside the US?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Orders over $249 ship free; smaller international orders calculate shipping at checkout based on destination and weight.
Product Questions
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life depends on the product. Red Ginseng Extract THE PREMIUM and THE LADY are good for 3 years from the manufacturing date. Perilla Leaf Seasoning is good for 2 years. The manufacturing date is printed on the bottom of each package.
How much red ginseng should I take daily?
THE PREMIUM contains 35.3 mg of ginsenosides per stick — one stick daily provides all six recognized benefits of red ginseng (immunity, antioxidant, blood circulation, memory, fatigue recovery, and menopausal support). THE LADY contains 21.2 mg of ginsenosides plus Garcinia Cambogia — 1 to 2 sticks daily is recommended. Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach; if you experience any stomach discomfort, take it after a meal.
Are your products Halal- and FDA-certified?
Yes. Our manufacturing facility holds FDA facility registration, plus GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal certifications. Our products contain no preservatives, added sugars, or artificial sweeteners.
